With the future of BBC Music Introducing making waves in the news as it’s fate seems to be in the balance (take a look at Tom Robinson’s website for more on that and fill in the survey if you can) I was back on air across the Channel Islands for my first show of 2023 which you can listen to by clicking here.
As he releases a new single, Movin’ Up, we heard from Charles Stenner as the song, which takes him in an unashamedly modern pop direction, is this week’s Track Of The Week.
I also took a look at the upcoming show from Flexagon, Its Own Animal and Finley Gomez at St James as part of Independent Venue Week.
You can listen to the show for the next month on the BBC Sounds app or by clicking here.
