On my BBC Music Introducing In The Channel Islands radio show for February 2022 I spoke to a band playing their biggest gig and heard from an artist from Guernsey releasing a new single written and recorded in Canada.
The band is The Nightmares who, after a successful 2021 are kicking off their 2022 with a show at St James where they will headline alongside The Erberts, Mojo and Sonic Bomb and spoke to me about that show and what else they have planned.
The artist from Guernsey is Charles Stenner who’s new single, Torrents, was BBC Introducing In The Channel Islands track of the week and was written and recorded with fellow Guernseyman Tall Acres while both were based out in Canada.
You can listen to the show for the next month on the BBC Sounds app or by clicking here.
