For my first BBC Music Introducing In The Channel Islands radio show of 2021 I marked Independent Venue Week, had a brand new live session and, of course, our track of the week.
For Independent Venue Week I spoke to Jon Bisson from St James in Guernsey who are involved with the scheme but have unfortunately had their plans for this year curtailed by the sudden lockdown in the island.
Before that came into effect though I welcomed Eloise Fabbri into the studio to record a session following her debut single Beauty being track of the week a few weeks ago.
And this week’s track of the week came from Josh Le Tissier who spoke to us about the track and making music over the last year.
